How Do I Install The Membership Login On My Site

Ok I’ve installed Membership and Buddy Press on my site and also the theme. I can see the theme, but I don’t see where to make the membership subscription levels or login info live.

Once I fix these couple of things I want to be able to have my members offer their customer Pay Per View and subscriptions to their content on my site. I will download the Pay Per View app. Any idea how I would do that? I also want to add a live streaming video app from Video Whisper and wanted to know if this a good app or do you have other ones that you could suggest for live streaming and on demand.

    Hi @Audrey,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.

Ok I’ve installed Membership and Buddy Press on my site and also the theme. I can see the theme, but I don’t see where to make the membership subscription levels or login info live.

Members can log in from the default log in page but due to some reason it’s not working on your site. when i visit the page http://hertubetv.com/wp-login.php it’s getting redirected to http://hertubetv.com/members/

This can be a theme specific issue.

To confirm it could you please try temporary using default WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen and test it?

Users will see the membership subscription levels when registering on the registration page http://hertubetv.com/register/ and after logging in they will see it on the page http://hertubetv.com/subscriptions if you have created one in the membership plugin settings.

Find more information about the usage of this plugin on the following page.

Would you mind if I logged in to your site and did some testing? This might help get to the bottom of this faster. If this is ok, just grant me temporary admin access to your site by clicking “Grant Access” button in the WPMU DEV Dashboard Settings as described on the following page and reply on this thread after granting it?

Once I fix these couple of things I want to be able to have my members offer their customer Pay Per View and subscriptions to their content on my site. I will download the Pay Per View app. Any idea how I would do that?

You can achieve this by using the following Pay Per View plugin and customers can use it by using its shortcode.

I also want to add a live streaming video app from Video Whisper and wanted to know if this a good app or do you have other ones that you could suggest for live streaming and on demand.

I think the plugin VideoWhisper Live Streaming Integration is a good solution for it but you can also consider using the following solutions if you want to.

    Hi Audrey,

    Thank you for your reply.

It seems the support staff access that you had granted is revoked now.

Could you please first of all try what i have told you in my previous reply and then ask me your questions if you have any?

To check the plugin/theme conflict on your site, you can just try on your development site using default WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen and deactivating all other plugins as displayed in the following flowchart to know which theme/plugin is conflicting if any.
