How to use E-mail From on subsites.

I’m using Ultimate Branding > E-mail From. This changes the emails from the sub-sites as well. How do I allow sub-sites to switch to their own email from email and title?

When an e-mail is sent from a subsite, using a contact form, the receiver gets the From Name defined on Ultimate Branding.
