Answer: True
Although this is true, the word “private” seems to be something of a misnomer. When you set a link to private, it means it doesn’t show on the front end for ANYONE, not even the administrator. Perhaps a better way to describe what this does is that it “unpublishes” the link (yet you still have it in the back end).
