You asked for it, and we\u2019ve delivered. Every WPMU DEV hosting account now comes with email hosting<\/a> and 10 free email accounts.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s not even postage required. Well, our awesome developers have packaged it all up for us and now we\u2019re letting email out of its (in)box.<\/p>\n

This article covers what\u2019s included, how it works, and everything you need to know to set up your new free email accounts.<\/p>\n

Creating Fresh New Email Accounts<\/strong><\/h2>\n

So just to reiterate, each site hosted with us comes with 10 free email addresses <\/strong>that you can create right in The Hub 2.0 with just a few clicks.<\/p>\n

And then easily configure using our DNS manager<\/a> (you can expect that to be automated in the very near future too).<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s how it\u2019s done.<\/p>\n

First, from the Hub, select the domain that you\u2019d like to add email to. Then, you\u2019ll click Hosting <\/strong>> Emails<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

From this point, click on Add Email Account<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Once you click on Add Email Account, you\u2019ll be prompted to enter an Email <\/strong>and a Password<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We generate some very secure, but slightly odd, passwords for you :)<\/p>\n

When it is successfully created, you\u2019ll get access to all required DNS records, which includes the name, type (e.g. MX), host, and value.<\/p>\n

Which you can simply add to your preferred DNS provider (yet another hint if you didn’t get it the first time: use us<\/a> to make it super, super easy)<\/p>\n

All of your created email accounts will now appear in the Emails<\/strong> area and can be accessed at any time.<\/p>\n

Configuring Your Email Client<\/h2>\n

Once you’ve created your email you’ll want to add it to your email client of choice.<\/p>\n
