They work seamlessly alongside Hustle\u2019s other options \u2014 such as <a href=\"https:\/\/wpmudev.com\/blog\/hustle-visibility-conditions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Visibility<\/a>, which lets you specify who your pop-ups should display to.<\/p>\n<p>In this post, we\u2019re going to take a closer look at the Behavior screen, which lets you set up precise triggers for your pop-ups to display when conditions of your choosing are met.<\/p>\n<p>It all begins with creating a module, then we\u2019ll deck it out in eye-catching accessories.<\/p>\n<p>Need help creating a module? It defaults to <strong><em>start immediately after publishing<\/em><\/strong>, and to <strong><em>never end<\/em><\/strong>. However, these choices are changeable, down to the minute.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_196588\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" data-caption=\"true\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-196588\" src=\"https:\/\/wpmudev.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Hustle-Behavior-Options-03-set-schedule-date-defaults.png\" alt=\"Set Schedule Default\" width=\"600\" height=\"445\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">The schedule for start and end dates (and times) is fully customizable.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>To adjust dates or times, uncheck either blue box (<strong><em>Start<\/em><\/strong> or <strong><em>End<\/em><\/strong>), then click in the date field. All day, or only during certain hours? There is a lot to unpack in these modifications, so let\u2019s get started.<\/p>\n<p>You can enable any combination of available triggers, or keep it simple with just one.<\/p>\n<p>There are five different Triggers, each with its own subset of options.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Time<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Scroll<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Click<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Exit Intent<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Ad-Block<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Let\u2019s take a look.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Time <\/strong>modules will appear after the chosen period of time passes.\n<p><figure id=\"attachment_196594\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" data-caption=\"true\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-196594\" src=\"https:\/\/wpmudev.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Hustle-Behavior-Options-09-pop-up-triggers-time-menu-dropdown.png\" alt=\"Triggers Time Delay\" width=\"600\" height=\"528\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Adding a custom time delay to your pop-ups is fast and easy.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/li>\n<li><strong>Scroll <\/strong>modules become active when the page is scrolled by a certain percentage, or when a user scrolls past a designated CSS element. With one final, important note: <strong>You must enable at least one trigger<\/strong> for your module (pop-up, slide-in, embed) to appear. Without any triggers, there is no user action that will \u2018trip\u2019 it into activation.<\/p>\n<h3><a id=\"post-17-_5ufqo0uxfarp\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a>Animation Settings (Pop-ups &amp; Embeds Only)<\/h3>\n<p>Modules can be animated as they appear and exit the screen.
