Great! You have to either:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"p-rich_text_section\">Post your jobs on 3rd party job posting platforms that <a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.google.com\/about\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Google for Jobs<\/a> (an advanced job search tool Google developed for employers to list their jobs on Google search engine) has already indexed, or<\/li>\n<li class=\"p-rich_text_section\">Manually follow <a href=\"https:\/\/developers.google.com\/search\/docs\/data-types\/job-posting\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Google&#8217;s best practices for adding structured HTML data to your job postings<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The first type is the easiest.
