Your Hub just got more powerful. We\u2019ve added Site Notes, a simple but game-changing way to keep track of client feedback, to-do lists, and project details.<\/p>\n

You can now attach notes directly to the sites you manage, making collaboration easier and workflows more streamlined without switching tools. Notes are searchable, editable, and encrypted in our database for safe keeping.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s what you can do with Site Notes:<\/p>\n

Write, format and organize notes your way<\/h2>\n

Open the notes panel from a site\u2019s detail page or the site list and add whatever is relevant. Whether it is a checklist of updates, design tweaks to make, or client requests after a call, the information stays attached to that specific site.<\/p>\n

Notes support rich text editing so you can structure information in the way that works best for you. Add headings to separate topics, use bold or italic to highlight details, and insert links or quotes.

For task management, you can create checklists to mark items as complete, or use ordered and unordered lists to build structured action plans.<\/p>\n

Stay on top of important details<\/h2>\n

Over time, notes can add up. That is why we have made it easy to search through them, pin key items to the top, and mark favorites. You can edit or update notes directly in place with the built-in editor, and remove old ones when they are no longer relevant.<\/p>\n

With a 10 Site Note limit per account (max 5,000 characters each), you have plenty of space for the essentials, and if you need more you can always reach out to our support team for guidance.<\/p>\n

Safe storage with encryption<\/h2>\n

Site Notes have built-in protection, so you can be confident that your project notes and client information are encrypted within our secure database.<\/p>\n

For maximum security, make sure you protect your WPMU DEV account with a strong, unique password, and use 2FA for an added security layer.<\/p>\n

Share your Site Notes with team members and clients<\/h2>\n

By default, no one but you will have access to your notes. But if you\u2019d like to collaborate, we have added new capabilities for team roles and client roles.<\/p>\n

You can opt to give your team members View and Edit access, and your clients View Only access by simply editing their role under their profile. They will then get access to the notes on the sites they are linked to.<\/p>\n
