[Adding a Website] Website Shows Twice in the Hub

A client website shows up twice:
http://www.bohemianchicsf.com
bohemianchicsf.com

http://www.bohemianchicsf.com is the correct one and everything works fine.

bohemianchicsf.com shows multiple updates needed, etc — I believe I deleted in the past and it deleted both sites.

I added http://www.bohemianchicsf.com back and bohemianchicsf.com showed up again as well

Since support access to your site is disabled at the moment, I couldn’t give a closer look at the settings of the site.

Please try adding the following define in the wp-config.php file and check if that helps?

define('WPMUDEV_HUB_SITE_URL', 'https://www.bohemianchicsf.com');

Looks like it is working but . .. . . all of my other websites on the hub are missing backups SEO and Backups now!

That’s weird . . . . Slept on it and when I logged in today it was back to normal.
In other news . . . . Guess what URL is back?

According to our records, IP 198.71.235.69 logged in to Dashboard from bohemianchicsf.com which seems to be the GoDaddy IP. If you are using WP login from GoDaddy dashboard it might be using https://bohemianchicsf.com/wp-login.php and Hub considers www and non www as two different sites due to URLs even if the site url is www version.

Can you also confirm that you have added the following define into your wp-config.php file?
define('WPMUDEV_HUB_SITE_URL', 'https://www.bohemianchicsf.com');
