Can't seem to get it to work

Hello, I do apologize ahead it this was answered here before, however, I really can’t seem to get the popup plug in to work on our site.

We’re using WordPress 3.0.3. with the social theme.

All plug ins we have work just fine, however this one is somewhat stubborn.

We have tried all kinds of settings:

visitor logged in, logged out etc.

Are we doing something wrong?
