Cloning Sites and User Synchronization

Hello,

I use User Synchronization.

I have a Master site and sub sites.

If I enter the Master site key into a sub site, and then copy that sub site as a clone, do I need to setup User Synchronization again on the clone?

Or will the new cloned sub site automatically work with the master site?

I don’t mind manually activating the User Synchronization plugin on new cloned sub sites and then entering the master URL and key info. I only want to know the best practice.
