We are using Appointments + for phone and face to face appointments.
We have been having issues with some clients not paying after the phone appointments and we would like them to pay before the appointment.
Is it possible to do following by any means:
1. When clients choose a tick box in additional fields (asking if it is a phone appointment) then the appointment only gets made if they complete the payment.
2. If they don’t tick the checkbox, they can make an appointment without any payments.
