Doubled order emails

I have a multisite setup, and when ordering from the main site, I received an email from the subsite and main site both. The subsite also has broken orders listed – the products can’t be found if I click on details. In addition, an order for a subsite-only product generates emails from both sites and broken orders on the main site.

I’d like all emails to come through the main site and all orders to process through the main site. Is this behavior possible?

I have Global Shopping Cart enabled.
