Exclude specific url from pop over display?

Hello,

Could you guide me to how (via a code insert or configuring the plugin) I could exclude a specific URL from displaying the popover? Basically, we want to run a campaign to engage all visitors to vote for us in a grant competition, but we want to specifically exclude our donations page if people come directly to that.
