1. We have 4 drip models set up. We’d like to give one of our customers a free subscription. What is the fastest, easiest way to do this?
2. We have Stripe set up. Seems that when a customer cancels, Stripe no longer charges them, but their subscription stays active in Membership 2. We’ve seen this happen at least three times – both with customers who’s credit cards failed and with customers who cancelled. Isn’t Stripe supposed to talk to Membership 2 and cancel the subscription so they no longer have access to the material?
