Google Analytics not logging

Hi. I have implemented the GA plugin and put in correct (as far as I can tell) GA i.d. details. The code has been generated and I can see it in the source of the mu home page. However, nothing is registering at GA.

I wanted to check that there is nothing preventing the script from executing in that page. The script has been generated to sit outside of any div’s, so it sits after a /div and just before the opening of the footer div. Would this make a difference? Can I control in the plugin where the code is pasted?

There also seems to be some kind of time-out on the page associated an include that appears from time to time due to a link to; ../ public_html/wp-includes/class-snoopy.php, not sure if this is making a difference or not as it doesn’t happen consistently.

The code snippet is pasted below (line before and line after):

</div>

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://images.del.icio.us/static/js/playtagger.js"></script&gt; <script type="text/javascript">

var gaJsHost = (("https:" == document.location.protocol) ? "https://ssl.&quot; : "http://www.&quot;);

document.write(unescape("%3Cscript src='" + gaJsHost + "google-analytics.com/ga.js' type='text/javascript'%3E%3C/script%3E"));

</script>

<script type="text/javascript">

var pageTracker = _gat._getTracker("UA-9011411-1");

pageTracker._initData();

pageTracker._trackPageview();

</script>
