How can I find the code to move three pages from the main menu to the buddypress menu on the studio

I’m running the latest wordpress and buddypress versions and on the buddypress drop down menu I want to add the forum, and two other forum type pages. This should be automatically picked up but it’s not working so I think I’m going to have to amend the code, but I have no idea what to amend to get this to work. Thanks
