How do I add a Site URL to my Facebook app that isn't on one of their hosting "partners&qu

I cannot add the URL to my Facebook app. It will only allow me to add a URL that’s hosted on their “partner” site. I know where to put the URL, but it won’t save it because it is not hosted on their partner site.
