I raised a problem this morning which someone responded to asking for support access to my site so they could look at it.
This isn’t a complaint, just for my information, but how long does it normally take for someone from support to look at this and respond.
The reason I ask is that I am stuck on my website development until this question can be answered. I don’t want to load any more courses until I am certain I am building them correctly.
As I am a new member I am unsure of your response times, so I was wondering if I should start on a new project ( I am already waiting for a response from your support team for another of my websites) or wait so as not to get confused between developments.
