How to configure the Events + Calendar widget so that the calendar fits in the sidebar

I have the Events + plugin installed and have place the Calendar Upcoming widget in my sidebar. However the calendar is much wider than my 300 px width sidebar. Is there a way to adjust the widget to fit into the sidebar?
