if I cancel my MPMU Multisite $19 a month deal, will I have to stop using the plugin

if I cancel my MPMU Multisite $19 a month deal (not the Dashboard), will I have to stop using the plugin? I don’t want to load it if all the work I do to setup my 30 or more subdomains is going to stop being functional if I quit MPMU.
