I'm Trying to Update DEV Dashboard to 4.0.8

I’m Trying to Update DEV Dashboard to 4.0.8. I cannot do it through WPMU Dev account (like other sites). It says to “Update via Dashboard” but it just gives me a download button and so what am I to do next please?
