i had the same problem,maybe the problem with plugins.
i don't see the image of my product in front-end(marketpress),however,i disabled all my plugins except the coursepro and marketpress.
the second problem,i had a problem with the profil of the instructor,exactly with his avatar,when i edited then profil in front-end,i had the multiple image of his avatar,instead one image.
