In Appointments+ cancellation email on appointment cancellation by user/admin is not working.

In Appointments+ plugin I can not see any option to Send confirmation email to service provider and user both on cancellation of appointment by the user himself. I have already set :

Allow client cancel own appointments: Yes

Send notification email on appointment removal: Yes

All other emails are working fine, like new user registration email, Appointment confirmation email, Appointment reminder email to user.

Only appointment cancellation email is what I am looking for.

It’d help if we could have a closer look at the settings, as well as the email log, could you please enable Support Access to your site?

Alternatively, could you send in the following:

– Mark to my attention, the subject line should contain only: ATTN: Michael Bissett

– Do not include anything else in the subject line, doing so may delay our response due to how email filtering works.

– Link back to this thread

– Include WordPress admin access details

– Include any relevant URLs for your site

On the contact form, select “I have a different question“, this ensures it comes through and gets assigned to me.

Please try the following code:
```
function my_app_email_on_appointment_cancelled ($app_id) {

global $appointments;

$workers = $appointments->get_workers_by_service( $app_id );

foreach( $workers as $worker )

wp_mail($worker->user_email, 'An appointment has been cancelled', "An appointment with ID {$app_id} has just been cancelled.");

}

add_action('app-appointments-appointment_cancelled', 'my_app_email_on_appointment_cancelled');
```
You can add those codes in your functions.php in the theme, if you think your theme won’t be changed. Otherwise mu-plugins is the best solution. To use mu-plugins, go to /wp-content/ and find the folder with name ‘mu-plugins’. If there is no folder in that name, then create a folder, name it ‘mu-plugins’, create a file inside that, give any name you like and paste the code in there. You don’t need to activate that plugin. Mu-plugins means must use plugins, so it will be activated automatically always. If you use mu-plugins then add a php start tag at the beginning of the code.
