internal server error when creating new site in WordPress Mutlisite

I have followd the WordPress Multipress Setup by the T but i am getting an Internal Server Error after setting up a new site on subdomain “” in my Network Admin Dashboard.

“Internal Server Error

Apache Server at Port 80

In your Guide here :

You say that : define(‘MULTISITE’, true);

define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);

define(‘MULTISITE’, true);

define(‘SUBDOMAIN_INSTALL’, true);

$base = ‘/’;

define(‘DOMAIN_CURRENT_SITE’, ‘’:wink:;

define(‘PATH_CURRENT_SITE’, ‘/’:wink:;

define(‘SITE_ID_CURRENT_SITE’, 1);

define(‘BLOG_ID_CURRENT_SITE’, 1);

needs to be deleted in wp-config after setup is complete.

Is that right ? can you confirm that ?

One thing i noticed when i set the network up is that i did not get to the screen where i get to choose between subdomain or sub directory but i got straight to the screen with the codes for the wp-config and the .htaccess file.

can that one line of code : define(‘MULTISITE’, true);

be responsible for this ?
