Is there a way for popover to remember user's selection?

Hi, I’m using Pop Up! on http://www.revolusun.com. Ideally, I’d like a user who clicks Massachusetts to always go to http://www.massachusetts.revolusun.com without the PopUp having to appear ever again. Is this possible? Is this possible in the options? Thanks for your response.
