Membership 2 Pro Triggering Server Errors

All of the pages with Membership 2 Pro shortcodes are triggering 500 Internal Server Errors — as does manually adding a membership to someone’s account. I’ve done all of the standard things, including deactivating other plugins. I’m checking with the host, too, but wanted to hit you guys up first.

From the error log:

[26-Jul-2016 16:12:31 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined variable: membership in /customers/f/c/e/broadwaybabysitters.com/httpd.www/wp-content/plugins/membership/app/template/template-tags.php on line 483

UPDATE:: Pages now seem to be loading, but the error log is still showing the same errors.
