Should I use the Akismet plugin when I already have the Anti-Splog and Comment Spam Pack plugins?

Akismet looks like it came standard with my WordPress installation. Should I activate and use it with the Anti-Splog and Comment Spam Pack plugins, or will that cause conflicts?
