[Snapshot Pro] Managed Backups progress stuck.

The managed backup of my site progress got stuck at 31%.

Hope you are doing well.

I can see the WordPress memory limit still on 40M default, we increased to 128M using the:

define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M');

On the wp-config.php, also some Snapshot defines were added to make sure the plugin would complete the backup.
```
define('SNAPSHOT_FILESET_CHUNK_SIZE', 50);
define('SNAPSHOT_TABLESET_CHUNK_SIZE', 250);
define('SNAPSHOT_FORCE_ZIP_LIBRARY', 'pclzip');
```
Using those defines completed the backup correctly but it kept failing to upload to HUB, to fix this I added a mu-plugin.

You can find the test backups on HUB and on WordPress > Snapshot > Managed Backup.

In case any other website still not completing the backup, you can test the same defines, and if this completes but not upload you can use the mu-plugin.
