some of the themes say download and when I press them they are installed and some don't. Why?

I love the theme product and it would be perfect for me. I press download and it downloads, but does not install. I’ve tried to drag the folder into the upload file and everything. Nothing. Same with farms. Some of the themes say download, I press it and they install. What is up?
