Subscriber List from Plugin when disabled

I am unable to activate E-Newsletter after moving hosts. Is it possible to get my list of subscribers from the plugin somehow? I really need my list.

@amlichner,

This might be possible by retrieving it from the database, but this would be complicated and difficult.

Perhaps we could try to get e-Newsletter back up and running again? Then you could properly export the list. Could you describe the problem you’re having with it? Do you get any errors when trying to activate it?

Alright Page.ly and I have worked for days to fix the issue and we cannot activate the plugin on my site. We increased the memory, did tons of things.

I really need to get my subscribers by group from the database. We were able to get all subscribers, but I had two groups so I have no clue which person wants what emails. Is this possible?

@amlichner,

As this is a memory issue, could you try deactivating all other plugins first? This might free up enough memory for you to do an e-Newsletter export.

As for the database tables, it’s as standard “many to many” database relationship. It means we have three tables, on for the groups, one for the members, and a third table that links them together. This third

You’ll need to run an SQL statement on the tables to do this. You can run SQL from phpMyAdmin.

Try running this:
```
SELECT * FROM wp_enewsletter_members A

INNER JOIN wp_enewsletter_member_group B ON A.member_ID=B.member_ID

WHERE B.group_id=1;
```
This will get all the emails from the first group. Change the B.group_id=N; to the ID for whatever group you’re trying to export.
