Suddenly unable to access dashboard in backend


I have a gold membership and have been using the dashboard for over 2 months when I tried to access the dashboard today it said I had to upgrade to access the content. Which is odd because at the top it says I am a gold member paying $99 a month…

It’s not a cookie issue as I’ve already cleared cache and cookies and re-logged in to check with no success, and I have the correct API key input as well.

Please help,
