The client's web

The client’s web site appears to be blocked from their browsers and I can’t see it from my cell phone but I can see it from my desktop PC.

Getting the Defender logo and the message:

“You have been locked out due to too many attempts to access a file that doesn’t exist.”

I disabled the 404 detection but the lock out persists.

Then I disabled the Defender plug in and the lock out persists.
