Times For Live Support

The live support screen seems to be off.

The top says the next live support session is in 4 hours and something. The next line says it is almost noon. The tabs below show that today’s session has passed, but that another (apparently not listed) will happen at 1pm, and the one named as coming in 4 hours is for tomorrow.

What is correct? What instructions do we follow?

How do I insert an image of the screen to show?
