Premium Lite 1.0.7 is now available. The new version includes a fix for non US PayPal sites. The code was also tidied up a bit.

Btw, the Quota plugin will be drastically changed once WPMU 1.3 is released. So if you plan on customizing that plugin i’d hold off for now.
