When I produce new sites with the new blog template, they publish but can't be viewed.

When I create a new site with the new blog template, they publish, can be viewed when logged in, but come up as a blank page when no logged in. Any idea on what is causing this?

Also when I create a new site this occurs but it is delayed. It works for a bit. My master blogs don’t even show up now.
