When i try

When i try to create a group event i get an html edtitor at the bottom of the page an no other options – please see attached images – any ideas?

I added host and even though I was able to access your site on front end the support access didn’t work so I was unable to open it.

I did test this on my end with Kleo 4.0.3 and I couldn’t replicate this issue so if you could send us your wp-admin login details we can investigate this further on your end.

Hi Symeon,

Thanks for sending those in, I had a look at your site but on your main site neither BP or E+ are active and I can’t access your subsites, I keep getting “ERR_ICANN_NAME_COLLISION” error.

Can you tell me where should I be checking this, or I can activate BP and E+ myself to test it out?

Hi Symeon,

I see there are quite a few debug notices on your page and this could easily be affecting how the page renders.

Can you switch to logging your notices instead of showing them on front end, you can do that by replacing define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false); in your wp-config.php with this code:
```
// Enable WP_DEBUG mode

define('WP_DEBUG', true);



// Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file

define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);



// Disable display of errors and warnings

define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);

@ini_set( 'display_errors', 0 );
```
This will create debug.log file in your wp-content folder instead showing up everything on front end.

Let us know if the page loads properly after that.

Hi Predrag,

we have re-installed WP and we have no more php errors. However i am still experiencing issues with the events plugin. It now shows the calendar but no option for creating a group or other event.

Could you please check?

Looks like that support access is no longer working now, probably because you reinstalled WP, can you try revoking the access and granting it again, this should do the trick?

Hi Symeon,

You didn’t have Front-End posting add-on for events and that’s why you didn’t see the link.

I have enabled this however there are few notices still showing up, can you please apply my above code to disable debug messages on front end?

Those notices shouldn’t be affecting functionality of your site but them showing on front end can mess up with HTML structure and cause issues like the one you’re having.

Hi Predrag,

we have added the code on the site and there are no more errors on the front end. However the events plugin still isn’t working. The only think i can see is an HTML editor and nothing more when i click on the add new event button.

Or is it new password since you reinstalled WP?
