your-subscription yields Fatal error re: display_cancel_button

Occurs in the subscription page if i assign a specific page and put the shortcode in.

Fatal error: Call to a member function display_cancel_button() on a non-object in /home/mydomainname/public_html/wp-content/plugins/membership/membershipincludes/includes/renew.form.php on line 288

Also I notice the admin bar and sidebar are not present on that page.

I have removed the assignment of subscription page to enable the default. However, I cannot find a member link to see his account.

    Hey there.

    Can you please try downloading a fresh set of files, removing the old ones, unpacking the new ones and uploading them.

    Can you please also confirm with which shortcode it happens. I tested all but didn’t see an issue so just wanted to be sure I did not miss anything.
