Who designed and created the WPMU Back end and is there a service like that for other types of niche community sites???

    If you are indeed referring to this web site it is a heavily customized version of bbPress that has been designed, coded, and compartmentalized and other then that, it is all that I can tell you about it because it is not disclosed to us either and I have been around for almost two years and one year on staff.
