Thanks

    Hi Jim,

Not sure what you mean, looking at the demo here: http://themetastic.com/buddypress/?wptheme=Studio

The menu items are square (is there a dropdown Im not seeing?).

There is a round bit where it says “Hello” and “Our community”. This is an image I think.

The best way to find the CSS you want to change is using Firefox with the Firebug addon. Use the HTML inspector tool and move it over the menu, you will see the CSS change on the right hand panel.

If it is CSS that is creating the rounded corners you will be looking to remove the border-radius property

    Hope that helps

In Google Chrome and Safari the Navigation menu has rounded corners in Firefox they are square. I beleive by default they are rounded, I would like to make them square so they are identical in all Browsers.

    Greetings jim_meyer,

Thank you for the great question and indeed this is custom coding as defined by my direct in line supervisor though we do try to help if we can and we would never withhold the answer know it.

With that said, I will see if I can get the lead developer in here with his invaluable insight into this plugin for his advice/advise for us.

Though this may take a bit longer then a normal ticket, I will try to get him in here asap.

    Cheers, Joe

    @jim_meyer,

You need to override the CSS selectors that are applying the rounded borders.

I have done this for you in a child theme, see attached.

Just upload this folder to your wp-content/themes directory, and activate the theme.

Let me know how it goes, Cheers

    Hey @jim_meyer,

    Try these steps:

    1. Download the studio-theme.zip file in my previous post.

    2. Unzip it onto your computer, it should be a folder called studio-child.

    3. Use an FTP program to login and upload the ‘studio-child’ folder to the ‘wp-content/themes’ directory.

    4. Login to wordpress, select Appearance > Themes from the menu, and activate the child theme.

    Also see http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients.

    Cheers, Enzo
