    unfortunately I can not give a Link, becaus it is a intranet. I saw that there is already a post in the support-forum with the comment ‘solved’ ; but no description how it was actually solved.

    We use the IE 9 . We also gave this to our IT to check if it is a security issue.

    @mpally,

    I just tried on my own public development site and Chat renders fine under IE9 and IE10. Perhaps the issue with with your Intranet. As this is a chat plugin it tends to be very busy and requires a good response time which from what I remember Intranets and firewalls don’t like.

    Try going to this site http://media-tags.com/chat/ This site is running WordPress 3.5.1 and default TwentyTwelve theme. A few other plugins. Let us know what you see.

    Without knowing what theme or plugins you are running on your own site it is difficult to advise about your reported issue.

    @mpally,

    Actually I just saw something in IE9 that gave me just the chat box. Do you know if you are running IE9 in computability mode? Try this.

    1. In IE9 look for the gear icon for the browser in the top-right area. Click it and then select the 'F12 Developer Tools'. See image

    2. On the new Window at the top it should read 'Browser Mode' or similar. Make sure you are running 'Internet Explorer 9' and not 'Internet Explorer 9 Compatibility View'.

    3. After playing some with 'IE9 Compatibility View' I was able to get the display working by adjusting the 'Document Mode' to be IE9 standards. It had defaulted to IE8. See image.

    Hope this helps.
