Event + adons is not activating although I have purchased.

I have purchased this plugin where have used for 1 site which is our test demo site , now the same events when I try to update in my live site

http://harrison.jmtechnical.com/, it is not updating. This need to activate on this site, When I try to activate few adons. I could not. I do not see the support people to assist me.

Please help me to activate this adons on the event+.

    Hi there @Srujal,

    What version are you working with? The latest is 1.6.2 If you’re having problems updating, I would recommend deleting the plugin entirely then reinstalling. You won’t lose any data or settings as they’re stored in the WordPress database.

    Do you get any error messages when you try to activate the add-ons? Or do they just not appear as active? Could you provide some more info as to what isn’t working?

    Am using the version 1.6 and I have checked now. From the ad-ons , now I would able to activate few except Membership events for the payment event which is primary and it is not working..

    Also I have removed the plugin Event + what I have installed in my test site, So that I request you to clean up my licence frpm the test site to the original site.
