No private message when no moderator role

I saw that there is no private chat option through the lock – symbol, when a user is not a moderator.

In the settings, when activating the moderator role, you get the IP-Information, a delete-button and the lock-symbol for private chat.

    Correct. This is by design. In the current state the non-moderators cannot initiate private chats. Within a current chat session only the moderator can initiate a private chat with other participants. This does not prevent non-moderators from participating when invited for private chats.

    The limitation of private chats for non-moderators will change in future versions of our chat plugin. We are working on adding a support chat module which is much requested so customers visiting your website can request private chat with moderators.
