Page 1 “Scheduling Form”.
Mediator with a box to the right allowing the user to select which member of the team they wish to use.

Our mediation sessions are either a half or full day as indicated.
Mediation type is either (dropdown) Private or Mandatory
Then the date range. (This is very important he wants me to set it up so that the client can use a datepicker to look for availabilities within a specific date range using a datepicker)
Then Click submit
The Second Page “Book an Appointment” should be at confirmation of the first page information, and could be
either Vertical or Horizontal …so for example:
Mediator : John Freeman
Expertise : Personal Injury
Time : Half Day Morning 9:30 am – 12:30 pm
Mediation Type: Private
Or:
Mediator : John Freeman Expertise : Personal Injury Time : Half Day Morning 9:30 am – 12:30 pm Mediation Type: Private
And then underneath that would be the availability
September 1 Morning Book Hold
September 9 Afternoon Book Hold
October 3 Afternoon Book Hold
November 7 Morning Book Hold
December 21 Morning Book Hold
When they select Book or Hold, they would be taken to the last page that would again confirm the same
information as page 2 plus the date … plus the extra info we require
