Subscribe by Email plugin not sending email

The plugin reports that it sent out 37 emails when the most recent post was made, but nobody got any emails. When I send a test email, if I send it to a domain also on the same server, it sends. When I send it to a domain that is NOT on the same server, it fails. Even though it doesn’t report that it fails.

    yes I do receive others.. and in fact, I received and email that I had a new subscriber! But the email to the masses (I only have 37 subscribers) didn’t go out. My wife is on that list and when there was an update it didn’t go out.

    I even tried de-activating all other plugins except for this one and it still isn’t working.

    Again, when I try to the “send test email to:” feature to an address not also hosted with the same server as this site is hosted on, it doesn’t seem to work. But it DOES work if I test with a domain that is on that server. I host with Namecheap, btw.

    Thank you for the additional information, I’ve tried to replicate this but haven’t yet been able to.

    Would it be possible to get some WP login, FTP and cPanel access to check the database tables?
