I need to provide access to the tutorial videos

The config screen for the plugin requires that I “register this domain” (http://nikflorida.com) with my WPMU credentials. I THOUGHT I knew my credentials but the system does not appear to be accepting them (I can’t actually tell exactly because I don’t get an error, but nothing happens)

Supposedly the plugin puts a link on my “top” menu… but I can’t figure out where it might be… (the site is a mess, incidentally, because I’m just setting it up)… I basically have no idea how to do this… I feel like the answer to my question probably is “RTFM” but I don’t know where one is… I guess I just need to be pointed to the manual (or instructions, or whatever)… thanks!

    Hey @nikflorida,

Thanks for getting in touch. The videos should appear within the dashboard so logged in users can view them.

If you chose “Top Level” you should see a menu item called “Video Tutorials” in the main dashboard sidebar menu. This is usually located just above “Appearance”

If you choose “Dashboard” It’s placed as a sub item of the “Dashboard” menu item.

You can also choose “No Menu” if you would rather it not be available in the dashboard. Then you can use the shortcodes to display them on the front end.

    Best regards,

Thanks. Got that. The big problem I’m having is that I can’t seem to register the domain with my WPMU credentials, so no matter what video I choose from the menu, it read “access denied.” I’ve tried entering credentials on the “register this domain” section of the plug-in configuration, and it doesn’t error, but I apparently have “no domains registered” if I check, and if i try to register a domain THERE, I get an error that says “nikflorida.com,” “www.nikflorida.com” and “http://nikflorida.com” are all invalid domain names.
