Q & A – Embed within Website Page, Keep Sidebar

Hey Guys!

I’ve decided Q&A will be better to build my intranet knowledge base thank wiki, so I’ve installed and gotten it started. Not sure how to find out what the best way to size everything but I do want to:

1. From home click links, then “Employee Page”

2. From Employee Page, click “Knowledge Base”

3. I want the Q & A to open in the area beside the sidebar on the page (while keeping the sidebar static.

How do I do this?

Important: The code to access this intranet site is set to 0000 while I am working on it.

Thank you for your help!

    Hello!

I thought it would be easier to post an image I created, of exactly what I am trying to accomplish, in adding the Q & A picture, to the knowledge base side bar link, within my employee page website.

    I've also giving developer access.

    image attached, thank you!

    Hey there,

    Thanks for posting back.

Why don't you use the Page layout settings in your site under Questions >> Settings ?

Wouldn't that work ? It will allow you to use your theme templates and use sidebars on the Q&A pages as well.

    Cheers, PC
