Problems setting up subscriptions. Not working properly.

Okay, here we go. I set up three subscriptions and activated them all. Basic, Enhanced and Premium are the subscriptions. Now, I set up the Basic for $1 to test PayPal and to view the subscription process.

So I click on sign up, it takes me to PayPal. I login to my account, click pay now and we’re done. PayPal took my money and redirected me to transaction complete, and then gave me the option to return to my website so I clicked on return to my website and it loaded the registration complete page, but… instead of the registration complete page your Protected Content plugin generated and I customized, it loaded my websites blog under the generated, registration complete page, your PC plugin generated.

So, with that said what’s going on here? How do my customers set up their account login info, plus, their personal information that we require?

Also, why is my blog loading up after payment when it should be the registration complete page template I customized?

Not having a very good time setting up this plugin. Thought it was supposed to be easy like you guys say.

Can somebody help me here?

    Could you please share me the screenshot of the issue so that i can troubleshoot it?

    Are you also facing this issue with default WordPress theme like Twenty Thirteen?

    Are you using Paypal sandbox mode? if yes then i can test it on your site.

    So, with that said what’s going on here? How do my customers set up their account login info, plus, their personal information that we require?

    They will set it when registering on your site or from their profile page in the admin area.

    You can also use any of the following plugins to create extra user fields.

    Right now everything is live, but i will set paypal to sandbox for you to test.

    I figured out why the registration fields weren’t working when selecting a subscription package. I had the anyone can register turned off under general settings. So that’s working now.

    So, the only problem right now is the paypal redirect back to my site to the registration page which is loading my main blog with the Registration Complete showing as a blog post.

    Weird.

    One more thing, i tested signing up for the basic and paid for it through paypal. That went fine besides the redirect issue. My question is why didn’t I receive the automated responses to my registered email address after purchase with my account info that, etc.?

    We’ve got some bugs here we need to fix.

    Did you already try checking for a conflict, as he advised? It’d be best if we could do a full test, could you follow the flowchart at the bottom of our Getting Support page:

    And letting us know if the situation with the registration page changes? We need to eliminate any possible causes of interference, and it’s possible that either a plugin (or the theme itself) is causing a hiccup here.

    The theme I’m using is called Flatweb. A design by Pixeful, Coding by Konnessa.

    Everything before I installed your plugin was working fine. And don’t get me wrong, most of the Protected Content plugin works, its everything after the subscription is paid for through PayPal that isn’t working as mentioned above.

    I’m guessing it has something to do with the redirect not working properly.

    Okay, my apologize. After all my frustration it was a plugin after all that the theme said was required but obviously wasn’t.

    Registration page is working. Will test subscription payment today to see if everything else is working like the automated emails, etc.
