Can't install plugin (installer cannot be found)

I clicked on the “install” button but it show error saying installer cannot be found. This applied to all the plugins I clicked. Please advise.

    Welcome to WPMU community!

    I hope you are well today and thanks for asking the question.

    Would you please make sure that you have curl installed in your server?

    Also please try to logout, deactivate, activate and login in the plugin. To logout you you need to go WPMU DEV > Manage > Click on edit.
