Ultimate Facebook — Auto posts don't show on Facebook page timeline unless logged in.

Auto posts are being posted on my timeline, but isn’t visible unless users are logged into Facebook. Some settings that I have tried in Facebook:

1. Ensured there are no country restrictions on my page and app.

2. Ensured there are no age restrictions on my page and app.

3. Ensured that each post privacy is set to “Public”.

I have made several manual test posts to the Facebook page, and they are viewable to logged out users. But the auto posts made by the Ultimate Facebook are not. So it appears to be an issue with the Ultimate Facebook plugin.

I’m stumped and would appreciate some help.

    Just to confirm, the posts are actually being submitted to Facebook, so the auto post & manual post features are actually working?

    The issue is that once on your timeline, they are not displayed on your public timeline, but are once you are logged into FB?

    This sounds more like an FB issue in that case, as I don’t think the plugin sets the actual content permissions.

    Could you tell me your FB profile URL, so I can take a look? Some screenshots of the posts on your timeline that were autoposted from UFB.

    Hey Paul,

    Apologies for such a delay here! I checked this with my sandbox install and my posts are showing up as expected. Are you auto posting as yourself or as your page? Make sure you auto post as your page, otherwise your privacy settings might stop other users from seeing your posts :slight_smile:

    There is a checkbox below all the auto post dropdowns that will allow you to do this, screenshot attached.
