Google Maps add-ons are refusing to Activate

Hi,

I am trying to activate the following add ons:

Google Places support

Map location shortcode

Responsive maps

When I click on the Activate link for any of these add ons, the page loads (URL: http://janusrainmaker.wpengine.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=agm_google_maps&settings-updated=true#add-ons), but nothing activates!

I have tried it several times. What could the problem be? I have activated Support Access for you.

    I hope you are well today and thanks for asking the question.

    You have extra authentication in the wp-admin page.

    Would you please enable debug mode and check if any error is shown in that page?

    To enable debug mode please edit a line in your wp-config.php:

    Change

    define('WP_DEBUG', false);

    to

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);

    Please let us know what errors you see there.

    Hi @Ashok,

    Thanks. I turned debug on and tried again. The result was the same and no error displayed on the add-on settings page. It simply refused to activate. I have now turned off debug again. You have Support Access and I emailed you the extra credentials. What else can we try?

    I have logged in at your site and it seems you don’t have google maps plugin installed anymore. Did you delete the plugin? If you want to use the plugin again, and if you face the same issue, please feel free to let us know.
